Question: What is the NAYSI On-Line Course?

A self-paced study program that can be completed on-line. It includes BEYOND X's and O's on-line as study material, study-test questions, with your inclusion in the International Registry of Coaches for those who successfully complete the course.

Question: Who can take the NAYSI On-Line Course?

Youth coaches. School coaches. Teachers. Program Leaders. Parents. Youth work professionals. College students. Youth leaders. Recreation professionals. Sport club staff. Short term recreation staff. Scout leaders. Any one who works with children and teenagers.

Question: Where can I find more information and where do I register for the NAYSI On-Line Course?

Go to http://www.NAYSI.com and click on the On-Line Course button. Read and study the text on-line. Then take the test on-line. At the beginning of the test, provide the required information. Take the test as many times as necessary until you pass. Passing is 80 per cent. Mastery is 85 per cent.

Question: How much does it cost?

There is no fee to take this course.

About N.E.C.'s: NAYSI Education Credits are the official accounting notation used to track educational programs completed by NAYSI students of all ages. An N.E.C. is equal to 10 contact hours. For this, two (2) N.E.C.'s may be awarded for the successful completion of the NAYSI On-Line Course. Professionals who intend to use the NAYSI On-Line Course for credit toward job advancement requirements should obtain advance approval from their supervisor.

Those was wish to receive official N.E.C.’s for completing the NAYSI On-Line Course successfully will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. Additional copies of transcripts are $5.00 each.
